Welcome to Autumn in Canada! This is my absolute favourite time of year - I love all of the bright colours and the cool and crisp air. It is fantastic.
Two weeks ago I decided it was time to get back on the wagon and start back at finding myself and the best weight for me - hence, welcome to the new "Scaling Down Steph" Blog. Two week's ago when I walked back into the weightloss clinic that had been recommended to me some time ago by a specialist I see for an ongoing issue (intracranial hypertension) - Dr Bishop Weight Management - I was the heaviest that I have been in my entire life. It's crazy, not sure how I let myself get to this point but here I am and it's time to start over...
I immediately went out and renewed my corporate gym membership which doesn't start until Oct 15th but I am so looking forward to getting back in the gym and busting my ass!!! Is it the middle of Oct yet??
So, after two weeks, I have lost a total of 9.3lbs - super happy about that.
This time, it's time to lose it for good - I never want to see these numbers again - I need/must be healthy!
